This practice has a very aggressive fee policy. Though they never confirmed an appointment with me (which I then missed) they charged me $100 fee. When my husband went to see them, he was told he would not be taken until he paid--which he did--and then sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes. I just called to get my medical records and was told I would be charged a $10 fee...for my own records. I would be aware of this before going to this practice.
RecommendedAbout a year ago or longer I had a bad experience with one of the pediatric dentists and one of her assistants who were rude (Don't want to put their name out but I just read a bunch of reviews on her and saw she isn't good with kids I guess.)My daughter was 5 at the time and has a hard time getting the X-rays done of her teeth. Since October 2017 I have been back & forth for the same issues which as of today, have yet to be taken care of! I've had to have a filling replaced because of the length of time it's been waiting for these dolts to submit the correct paperwork for a crown! 1) Staff had multiple files open for me. 2) Never sends the paperwork. 3) if paperwork is submitted to the insurance, it's incorrect. 4) If you call to check if paperwork was submitted, you're fed a lie or they don't bother to check and just tell you that it was don... read more
Rude, dentist will tell you what will happen at the next appointment but when you finally get an appointment something completely different happens. When you ask a question the dentist is rude and acts like you made it up. This has happened several times. It’s a different dentist every time you go with no explanation. The office is old, cramped and needs a major overhaul. This is an office that is all about making money and not about patient care or even simple office upkeep.
Refused my son EMERGENCY CARE. I was told to come back after a "consultation" the next day I had an appointment scheduled and they called me ONE HOUR before to tell me the doctor "didn't want to do it" because she would rather have him sedated then use nitrous. When I asked to schedule with the doctor that did the oral sedation they said they couldn't get me in for a month and then refused to schedule at all because they didn't know the doctors schedule.
