Randy really does a good job, especially he has a good team guiding me through the whole process. All the responses are very quick and helpful. Randy has followed up with me all the way through. Even at the closing, he checked in with me a couple of times. He really cares and knows about what we want.
The seemingly endless list of specialized mortgage jargon and the deluge of life-changing decisions associated with home buying can make the process of home buying agony (especially if you are a control freak like me). Randy was amazing! As a first time homebuyer, I've heard such horror stories about the entire process. Randy came through in two very critical areas. First, I had no idea certain programs existed, and I really didn't believe homeownership was realistic. However, Randy was able to find me the very best mortgage using is evidently vast experience. Also, we were working on a very tight deadline for closing, and he met it with days to spare. I highly recommend Randy and his very friendly and experienced team!

I would recommend Randy and his team to anyone. Team members were very good at outlining each step of the lending and closing process, and very helpful in expediting the process to have everything ready for closing.

Clear concise delivers on time and best in cost and rate.We have used Randy since. Probably be going on 15 years now and at least probably 7 or 8 loans half for rate the other for new acquisitions .Never regretted any deal my only regret was I did not find him and his company years earlier. All I can say is don't do another deal until you give him a call he will not disappoint if you come with something to work with honest and above board .
