Randy and his team did everything at all times of the day (which I think is a little crazy) to get the process moving. They were always on top of the things even when some problems from the seller side came up. Excellent rates and very impressive service. I would use them again.

I worked with Randy on a complicated financing issue and I can not say enough good things about him. From our first conversation Randy was exceptionally helpful in coming up with a variety of options to make the deal work. He was immediately responsive to all of my questions and kept working through it, going back to lenders to find the right fit. Randy and his team at Guaranteed Rate are amazing. Randy helped us with everything from credit score through to closing and there was a ton of stuff in between. Buying a home is stressful, confusing and scary at times and each time we had a question or an issue all we had to do was call Randy anytime of day or night (I don't think he actually sleeps) and he was always there to help us understand what and why things were happening. As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous about choosing a lending company. A found Randy Ernst and am sooo thankful I did.
