From the original call Winfred made to us, right down to negotiating the best trade and price we were treated with respect. Trading cars is my least favorite thing to do. Winfred made it seamless and enjoyable experience. Will tell all my friends what a outstanding experience purchasing my new car was.

This was my first visit to Gerry Wood Honda. My salesman (Russ) was very helpful and answered every question I had about the all the cars I was looking at. I had a certain price I needed to stay in and he did everything in his power to find the car that would meet my needs and stay within my price range. I will definitely will go back for my next purchase.

The experience at Gerry Wood Honda was great. The salesman was very laid-back and not pushy at all. He was extremely helpful in the overall sale. The environment in total was a very comfortable place. In continuation, the customer service was great as well. Another plus was the price. The price was much better than quotes given by any other dealer. I would definitely recommend Gerry Wood Honda of Salisbury.

I am a single female who knows nothing about cars. I bought my Honda CRV because of the size, the looks, and the way the car fits my needs. Ray Schreiner has been the person I have depended on for the past 5 years to help guide me in taking care of my car properly. I trust him completely to tell me what I need for my car and to give me a fair price. There are other places in town that would service my car - but - there is no other place in town that I trust like Ray and Gerry Wood Honda.

Our salesman, Gary Junker, was very personable and friendly, answering questions but not "pushy" as has been my experience at other dealerships. I went to Gerry Wood Honda because a coworker bought her Honda Pilot there and was very satisfied with her purchase 4 years ago and has been very satisfied with the service she has received since. I will also recommend others to visit Gerry Wood Honda and look forward to many years of dealing with their service department as I kept my previous vehicle for 12 years.

Quick appointment scheduled and quick but reliable and comfortable service. First time customer dealing with Gerry Wood, I would have to say that I will return for more service when needed. Working with Lisa Merritt and Ray Schreiner was a delight. Lisa kept me up to date by a couple quick phone calls to keep me on my busy schedule for the day. Would highly recommend Gerry Wood Honda's Service Department.

I purchased my car today 2010 Nissan Maxima. I had the best experience in my life. I got the car I wanted and I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership and I have less than perfect credit but they treated me like a queen. The salesman Russell Taylor provided the best customer service a car salesman could provide. I also met the Owner. The warranties I have on my car are out of this world. I would recommend this dealership over any other dealer ship

This dealership went out of their way to help find a solution when my dark jeans dyed the seat in my new van. This was the second dealership I had visited the first said they could not do any thing about the problem. I will be using Gerry Wood Honda for all my service needs from now on. Thank you so much you guys were great.
