I've never come across A+ service like this before. Ray went out of his way from start to finish! He took the time to listen to my family's needs and then put the best options in front of us, not what was best for "business". Even well after the fact, I received a follow up call from him, which further emphasized his genuine candid nature. I look forward to working with him in the future when I'm ready for a new Honda. I know he will hear from my friends and family as well.

Travis Grace and ALL the other people we met were extremely friendly and willing to do all that was required to make our purchase pleasent.They also went out of their way to met the price and payment I desired.We also found them to be honest and they kept their word.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at GerryWood Honda of Salisbury. From the minute I drove up and the service door was raised to allow my entry, I was impressed. Ray Schreiner met me at my car door with a smile on his face and a willingness to please. Within minutes he estimated how much it would cost to repair minor body damage(sanding and repainting)on my Acura RDX and to replace a busted speaker. Devon Clark helped my husband and I with all the questions we had about the program we were trying to use when looking to purchase a new Honda Civic.He answered all questions and worked with us as w desided to purchase the Civic, he helped program the radio and shp\owed us all the new options and how to work them.we were given a tour of the iol change area and the maintenance shop and introduced to the machanices in the lub area. My Honda accord was having problems. It was diagnosed as a bad battery. Two days later, I was back at dealership. When they realized it was another problem that was missed, they fixed it for FREE!! I am so thankful for that. My next car will be another Honda from Gerrywood Honda. Thank you again.

I was traveling to Florida and my check engine light came on so I found Gerry Wood Honda on my GPS and met Ray, he immediately greeted me and took my concern a priority. He told me it may be an hour or so to check it out and offered me and my family a ride to the local mall. While we were at the mall he called me and informed me that my car has been fixed and ready for pick up, he then sent the nicest lady Connie to pick us up. All I can say is the people here are phenomenal!!! I cannot say enough about the people or the dealership. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and my salesperson was notified that I was there. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but I most definitely got one. Absolutely amazing!!! Carole King made sure I was comfortable and was courteous, and walked me through the whole process from beginning to end, she was an angel. From start to finish our car search and purchase went comfortably. We found the owner (Brad Wood) and employees to be friendly and anxious to meet our needs without pressure. We made comparisons of other dealers/models and returned to purchase at Gerry Wood.
