From the time we pulled onto the sales lot to delivery of our new Honda Pilot we were very pleased. The salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable, and used no pressure on us. We were pleased with the offer on a lease. We were offered $1,000 more than our last offer for our trade. We were also provided with a lease payment we can afford on a Honda Pilot that we love. Travis Grace was very knowledgeable and professional. The thing we liked most about him was that he did not try to pressure us into buying that day. What a great experience! We have been in the market for a new SUV and had driven Toyota and Ford. Cecil Ward met us on the way in and had us work with Gary Junker. The first night we were at the dealership for an extra hour after they had closed. We could not agree on a price and I wanted to to do some more research on the Pilot. My first experience purchasing a new car was at Gerry Wood. I must say I had an excellent experience. The salesperson Ralph Young went over and beyond my expectations. Gerry wood has very profession members. I will definitely return for future purchases and refer family/friends.

I have a 1998 Honda Accord and love it. I visited Gerry Wood Honda almost two years ago. Curtis Trapp who was then a salesmen, was very impressive! He was so professional and knowledgeable. At that time I planned to buy within the year. I told Curtis if he would let me drive a few cars, keep me informed of updates but respect my time table I would by my next Honda from him.
