We had a good experience with Gerry wood..this is the 2nd time we have dealt with them..Our Saleslady was very friendly, and helpful!!! everything went smooth and we are happy with our new 2012 Honda Accord SE
I really enjoyed talking with the sales representative and learning more about Honda. The representatives were very nice and were interested in making sure I was happy.
Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I had decided on the car I wanted before I got to Gerry Wood Honda. I never felt pressured to buy the car that I had decided another. The entire experience was very positive.
We enjoyed our car buying experience. Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the honda cars. Also we appreciate the fact that he was not a pushy salesman and answered all of our questions so we could make a good decision on our new car purchase. Working with Mr Mann was reeal nice to work with ... I feel that I receives a fair deal on the Jeep Commander that I purchased from here -- the car being a used one I didn't receive an owners manual with it .. and they were unable o find me one ...other then that all is good....Sorry for taking so long to write a review

NATE WAS GREAT-THAT'S A GOOD SLOGAN:) BOUGHT A NEW HONDA CRV AND IT WAS A HAPPY EXPERIENCE-GOT THE COLOR, SUNROOF IN A FEW REMAINING 2011 - IT WAS JUST COMING OUT OF THE WASH PIT - LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT:)HOW EXCITED WHEN HE SAID I THINK THAT IS ONE THERE - WE BETTER GET THE KEYS BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE GETS IT -DIVINE INTERVENTION IS WHAT I CALL IT. I called one afternoon at 2:45pm and Ray worked me in for an oil change and tire rotation and had me out by 3:15 to pick up my child from school on time! That was awesome. The only bad thing was, I just noticed they charged me for a tire rotation but I bought my tires there so I think it was supposed to be free?? I am usually pretty good about checking that but I was in a hurry that day and didn't think about it. I was glad to be worked in and finished so quickly :)
Mr. Ray Schreiner has a positive attitude and wilingness to always go that extra mile, customer service at it's BEST! Thanks for all you do!
