Chris went above and Beyond helping us secure a loan. When I first contacted him we didn’t qualify but told me what I needed to do to qualify and I kept him in touch with our progress and we finally got approved! He was nothing but amazing and I would use him again if I ever have the need of a loan.
Ben Clower does an amazing job looking for ways to help people qualify for loans, even asking their employers in a verification call to give the employee a raise that was successful and allowed them to qualify for a home loan for a home they loved. He cares about his clients and works to get them the loan they need for the home they want. Highly recommend Ben!
Christy Garcia was the listed agent for my sister’s home. There were several issues involved with preparing the house for market and Christy handled each one with care. Even in escrow problems arose that were resolved by Christy. I am very glad she was my sister’s agent!
