Around a year ago Jordan Bishop gave me a great support, at that time, I wasn't ready to obtain a loan, now, I will ask him again to start again with my process to get a loan, I'm pretty sure that Jordan will help to get it. I really appreciate his help.

4 1/2 years ago ,our builder refered us to RanLife because they provided a one (1) time construction loan close. Meaning the construction loan would convert to a standard mortgage without having to pay two (2) separate closing costs (one for the construction loan and then one for the final mortgage). We had confirmed this with our loan officer but when it came time to convert the construction loan they said we had to write a separate loan for the mortgage. If I could give zero stars I would. Hands down the worst organization I have ever affiliated with. 50% of what we were told during the home buying process was a lie, or a mistake, or a “misunderstanding”, or whatever phrase they wanted to use. Then it just kept getting worse after we closed. We never can get them to call use back. If there is anything still to be done on their end when the call is over it never gets done and we never get a call back. We send them paperwork, they don’t receive it.
