What started out as a great experience, turned into a very frustrating one. We were promised things that just didn't happen. When we switched over, in a refinancing, we were told we'd save money on our loan each month, it was minuscule at best - less than what we were told. We knew there was a chance for some difference, but not that. We then thought we would let it slide and agree that it was nice to skip two payments. Look them up on yelp for now accurate reviews of the company. They do not meet deadlines, are unresponsive and hid an ILLEGAL addendum in their closing docs that would have taken money from the seller!!! Despicable company and they should have their license revoked immediately!
