For the first time home buyer to the real estate mogul Martin has an amazing ability to meet you where you are at! I had no idea what I was doing and he was always just a phone call away to answer all my questions even the ones I thought were stupid he was ON it! And when underwriting gave us guff he was like, “ I gatchu! Don’t worry about them!” And handled it so my wife and I didn’t have to!
