Sam and his team were so great with our investment property 2-flat in Pilsen that we decided to work with them again for a single family home purchase in Rogers Park. This market was nuts so we needed things done FAST to appeal to the seller. They were able to get things done as fast as 21 days if needed, despite having to go through a monstrous amount of paperwork. We worked with Tom on a recommendation from another client of his and we're so glad we listened. Tom was incredibly friendly and amiable and was always there to answer any of our (many!) questions. Tom gets back to you very quickly with any questions that arise during the process and checks in consistently to see how things are going. With rising interest rates, every day was a new "ceiling" for us in terms of what we could afford. Tom understood this and kept us up to date daily. I cannot recommend working with Tom more.

My husband and I were quite satisfied with the lending experience with our lender. She was knowledgeable and so experienced in lending. She guided us through the lending options and recommended the most reasonable one that matched our situation. She educated us whenever we had questions. So, we truly felt we were part of the process, pulling it together towards the settlement date. Being able to reach her and her office by email and phone for texting made the transaction a guaranteed success.
