Great team and easy to work with. Easily the best rates as well! Other lenders tried to contact me and I entertained their request since they told me they could "probably" get me a lower rate. After going through the process it turned out they couldn't. This is the team you need for your mortgage or refi needs. They're professional, efficient, and growing team which is always a good indicator. I've done 3 purchases and 1 refi through them

Barb reached out about the idea of refinancing and we're very happy she did. This was our first time doing it so we had a lot of questions, but her and her team answered everything in stride. Barb was even able to walk me through the specifics of our closing document, while she was driving, without it in front of her. Jourden and his staff were thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. They interacted well with the closing/title agent. He and his team brought their 'A' game from start to finish. I did several loans with his dad, years ago, and it was always a pleasant and rewarding experience. Kim was so helpful going above and beyond what one would expect. Home buying is stressful but having the right mortgage contact makes a difference. I would highly recommend Kim as I have to my close friends and family.
