I was fortunate to work with John and his team for both a refinance and new home mortgage. They were extremely helpful and the communication during each was tremendous. Mortgage rates were at historical lows and we had pursued a 30 year fixed refi to get out from under a variable rate mortgage that had a higher mortgage rate fixed for 15 years due to be raised at the end of that time period. Ryan gave us a good service and good rate. Closing was smooth with no issues. Since we were coming from Atlanta to Dallas it was essential to get done with closing soon. Everything was online and we just came in for closing and moved into our new house smoothly.
We are truly ecstatic we ended up using Chanania Manies. He was so responsive, knowledgeable and caring throughout the whole process. We were (nervous) first time buyers and he made everything so easy and simple for us and truly went the extra mile. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and I definitely recommend him!!
