Joseph and his team were incredible to work with from start to finish. They made everything so easy and the communication was on point. When we finally got to our closing day (mind you this was a couple days before we had to be out of our apartment and would soon be homeless), we ran into all sorts of last minute delays with our builder getting the certificate of occupancy, to the HOA inspection that was needed to close. Experienced team, providing a seamless loan process. We began working with Brady and his team at the beginning of August and will close on our property the end of September. Team members contacted us to introduce themselves as well as informing us what their area of expertise was and how they would be working with us during the loan process. Kathy was absolutely wonderful to deal with in what is usually a headache of a process. She was extremely responsive to any and all questions, and the whole process was made seamless. Throughout the years of buying new homes and refinancing, this was by far the best experience that I have ever had. I have already passed her name on to several family and friends to work with her!!!
Jonathan made my refinance experience easy and was always available to answer any questions I had. He was honest and knowledgeable! He checked in to make sure I received all the documents and walked me through the questions I didn’t understand. His professionalism was great and he made sure I was comfortable with the refinance process every step of the way.
