There is not words to describe how this experience has been with Joseph and his whole staff. There communication is awesome and being a senior citizen they have gone out of there way to help me. This is not our first purchase and hoping it will be my last but this by far has been the easiest. Joseph and his staff care about you and not just making the loan. Hands down i would recommend them 100 precent and i am in sales myself. I respect honesty and that staff has it.
Chris & her team are a well oiled machine! From start to finish everyone was responsive and set the proper expectations. My loan hit a snag & Christine was right on it, and helped me work it out, and I made it to closing. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to get things done. I look forward to being able to work with her again, and would recommend her over & over again!
Tom is the best ! Tom made sure the whole process worked as expected. He kept us informed through out the process and even moved up the closing date as we requested. We would not use any other lender ever.

Chris is an exceptional loan officer! From getting us pre-approved within a couple hours to making himself available throughout the process, we definitely felt the support. Chris is not only chill (calm and collected) but he has a way of instilling confidence in his clients which really helped keep us from stressing out during the tight timeline we had to sell our existing home and purchase a new one. Trish and her team are the best! They were very knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. Whenever we had a question or concern, they immediately responded. The Richard Ellis team is AMAZING!! The first time we used them, we had such a great experience that when it came time to buy another home, we knew exactly who we were going with.
