Sometimes getting a hold of your lender can be difficult or obfuscated, but not with Corey and Guaranteed Rate. Prompt responses from everyone involved in the process and very accommodating despite some scheduling issues on our end. I would strongly recommend!

Eric was recommended by our realtor and we are so glad she did - Eric and his team were knowledgeable, responsive, easy to work with, and frankly, enjoyable to work with. Eric found us competitive rates, got us to closing on time, and took the time to walk us through the whole process (since we were first time home buyers and didn't want to miss a detail). From the initial discussion through the final closing, Joseph Jones was always available and able to promptly answer any and all of our questions. Kamna and team were instrumental in closing our deal. Our initial lender rejected the loan the day before closing, because my rear passenger side tire pressure was low or some BS like that. Kamna stepped in and delivered on time, with better terms than the first lender. The team was on their toes- responsive, aggressive and efficient. I didn’t have to provide my great grandmother’s neighbors nephews son-in-laws bank statement from 1921. I believe this deal went through because of Kamna and team.
