Greg made our home buying process extremely easy. He is well versed in the industry and was always available to answer our million and 1 questions. The process was a bit tricky due to dual residency but, Greg offered solutions which allowed us to close very quickly! He was thorough and prepped us very well for the closing process which went much smoother than we could’ve ever imagined! The refinance process is a lot of work and requires a lot of paperwork and questions you didn't realize you'd have to answer. A good firm or broker can make it "easier" but they can't make it "easy". Jill was always there to answer my questions, even when I was asking for the third time because I couldn't remember the answer from before, and I think that's what people want and need most from a broker. The paperwork is what it is - the personal outreach and patience is what makes a difference.
