We worked with Mike to purchase our first home in December 2015 and more recently to purchase our second home in April 2021. Mike and his team made the lending process seamless from start to finish. Mike was responsive, thorough, and made himself available at all hours when we were in a competitive bid situation. I cannot recommend him enough!
No one can guide you better through the loan process than Mike. He was extremely up front and approachable, and had my best interests at heart. His entire team were there immediately for any questions that came up along the way. As a first time homebuyer, he was also very patient with me as I tried to navigate the real estate world, which made me feel very comfortable. Ravi and his team were dedicated to getting us what we wanted. There were no hidden fees, they consistently looked out for our best interest. Fast responses with questions. Highly recommended to anyone but especially first time home buyers.
As a first time buyer, Jenn took the time to educate me on the process.. I am extremely happy with the service she and her team provided with approving my mortgage. No question went unanswered. Loved working with Dianne , she was very helpful in all of it made sure everything was done in time and things were getting sent in as soon as they got them she made sure she called and let me know the news or what needed to be done to proceed never stoped the hard work and always encouraged Us to keep going and not give up , something others won’t do for you ! she’s a very honest and respectful person ! someone you can definitely trust at all times .
