Sarah is the best. We've refinanced our house with her 3 times now to capture lower interest rates and she has been great each time. Very responsive to phone calls and questions, and all loans closed as expected. We'll never use anyone else!

We weren't sure what to expect with this process during a pandemic. Though we never met Matt in person, from our first call - which I believe he fielded at 7PM on a Friday night to help us get pre-approved, through the last signature, Matt was always available to us. He helped to guide us through the process of buying a home essentially virtually with ease. We much appreciate him and his team and would highly recommend!

I could not ask for a better experience than with our lender, Shane Ensor. My boyfriend and I moved to Pennsylvania, and despite being a state away, Shane Ensor helped us with all of our needs. His services were timely, professional, and clear. We will be using Shane Ensor for any of our lending needs in the future.

Shane Ensor at Caliber Home Loans is the absolute best! Shane is an excellent communicator and Caliber's technology made purchasing a home so much easier. I recommend everyone to Shane because he makes the home buying experience so much less stressful than it could otherwise be.

I wanted to Refinance my home so I tried togo through my original bank. Even though I have never been late on a payment they turned me down. So I had a friend of mine that worked for the same company that John works at. It took exactly one to two days after John worked his tail off for me to get it approved. Paul and his team were extremely friendly, organized and efficient. They guided my wife and myself step by step through the process answering any questions we had. In my case I met Paul through my real estate agent on a Friday afternoon. I found a beach house and wanted to place an offer on the house that weekend before it went to market. We really lucked out getting to work with Joseph on our mortgage. He was extremely attentive and always made himself available to discuss the process.
