Ravi and his team were amazing. They were working with us from start to finish. Keeping us informed of any changes, or updates that needed to be made or alerted to. We have both purchased homes and refinanced with Tom. He and his team are incredibly at communicating and being very clear with requests. Everything except for the final signing can be done online. He even sent someone to us for a refinance closing when we were on vacation in order to lock in a rate before it went up! Will absolutely use again and recommend to others.
