Cindy and her team went above and beyond for us. She was always available to answer questions day and night. Her response time was fantastic. This is the third transaction with Cindy for us, and I plan on using her again and again! I have been impressed with the strong customer service I have received from working with Jo Ann Theriault-Fazio and her team from my initial mortgage over 6 years ago, first refinance about 4 years ago and this most recent refinance -- during a pandemic. Everyone was just fabulous to work with. I highly recommend them.

Tarik's service was invaluable to us dealing with our loan as first-time homebuyers. Chris was absolutely amazing to work with. This was my first time buying a home so I had lots of questions.
