They were very informative and responsive. It was my first home purchase and my loan was finalized within a month. The team provided clear instructions and information about the loan processing in every step and answered my millions of questions very fast. Getting pre-approval process was fast too just by calling a Dan or shooting an email. Also, I found rate.com's online system helpful by checking the status of the loan as well as uploading documents were handy.

My experience with Joey and his team was great! I had tried another lending company and even my own bank but they would not let me refinance to a conventional loan from an FHA loan because of my debt to income ratio due to child support.
