Amber and the GRA Team was great, with the exception of the lack of communication about what items I may or may not want impounded. Now it is my responsibility to work through the process with the new servicing company, recoup any monies already paid and facilitate the correction of my monthly payment. Navigating something when I'm not the expert is problematic. I would certainly give any referral I might send to GRA a heads up so they don't experie3nce the same issue.
