With a name like Guaranteed Rate you have to be good,and good they are. My family and I moved from California to Texas and before we got here Ryan was already getting things ready even got us closing before the close date. Awesome team to have on your side. Everyone was so helpful from the beginning to the end. They kept there word everything he said he would do he did,and now I call Texas home.
Michael Wagner and his team were fantastic to work with. they were attentive to all of the details and made what could be a difficult process, VERY easy. Michael personally reached out to us at numerous points throughout the process and made sure everything was perfectly clear. I had an especially difficult issue that needed close attention and Michael did just that.
