Josh is great lender. I called when I found the house in Loris. I let him know I needed a mortgage and would like to settle quickly. Josh got the ball rolling and got the documents to me. We settled within 30 days of my phone call. I highly recommend Josh. He has a great team and takes care of business from mortgage application to settlement.

My wife and I are both self-employed and so it was a long process due to all of the extra verification required from the lender. Matt and his team always kept me up to date and and in the know. They handled our initial loan when we bought the house a couple years ago and that was a great experience too. We moved here from out of state so it was a bit tough to get a loan, but he handled it no problem. The wife and I couldn't be happier. We literally have a friend in Matt.
