Was very quick to respond via email, text and phone. Great to work with and got everything processed quickly. He was able to move my close date up due to rental move out date. He was very helpful when the appraisal came back less that offered price and still was able to keep my close scheduled for the same date. i would highly recommend him and his team. They all were very prompt and excellent to work with .
Tom was about as hands-on and responsive as could be imagined. Refinancing involves the gathering of a lot of financial data, but under Tom's guidance, the process went very smoothly and methodically (and was pretty easy, overall), and Tom was always there to answer questions. He would check in regularly to make sure that all was going well. I even teased him about a very late-night e-mail, asking him if he ever slept, and he responded "never!" Judging from the excellent service he provided, this may be true.

We cannot say enough. Michael and his team were extremely responsive, informative, organized, and helpful. The process was easy. We’ve had experiences in the past that ran from not bad to just ok to terrible. Don’t get stuck with a bad mortgage company! It will effect every part of the process!
