We received great rate and awesome experience . My husband and I shopped around many places and Caliber offered us a rate that was much lower than many major banks. We had many questions since we were first time home buyers. Lysa was very patient with us and helped us through each step.
We had a thoughtful, responsive experience and appreciated all the TLC. Lysa and her team did their best to navigate the complexities of funding our loan with all the challenges of Covid-19. They did this masterfully, supporting us with all the documentation and verification questions in a timely way.

Ambrose was fantastic! Knowledgeable, professional, personable and most important of all; he got the job done. We were second time home buyers and had a unpleasant experience our first time around with our mortgage broker & Company. Ambrose took the time to answer all my queations, addressed my concerns head on, and he was always available (even while working from home due to the pandemic, not an easy task!). He made the process much smoother this time around. We were in our new home by the holidays.
