I worked with Chris on my original mortgage on my house as well as a recent refinance. He's on top of marketplace conditions and offers great advice on what mortgage options are best for my needs. What I like best about working with Chris is his customer service. He follows up in a timely manner, is extremely organized and is always available to answer questions. Chris and team are personable, friendly and make everything easy.

Pat Gannon and his team at GuaranteedRate recently executed two mortgages for us over a period of less than 30 days, start to finish. One was a refinance of our mortgage on our primary residence in Delaware to a much more favorable rate and term. While shopping for a mortgage, Cathy was recommended to me by my real estate attorney. Cathy was very prompt and responsive, getting me all the information I needed and pre-approval letter almost instantly. She got me a great rate of 2.5% on a 30 year fixed, coming in well below the other rates I had gotten. The application process was all through a web portal where you could easily see your current status and upload all necessary documents.
