I started my refinance with Tracy Padget the first week of December 2020 and was all done and closed by 12/31/2020. The process was extremely easy and Tracy and her team were fantastic. This was the easiest refinance I have ever experienced. I will be recommending Tracy to everyone I know that wants to go through this process.

Working with Ryan was great. We worked with him in September 2018 when we bought our house and just worked with him again to refinance. He made the entire process so easy and we would recommend him to anyone! Ryan is always available to answer questions and is incredibly thorough in his explanations.

Chris makes you feel comfortable with the home financing process. Never any pressure whatsoever. Periodic check-ins are appreciated as I often forget to keep an eye on the current rates for potential refinance. We have done a construction loan, a purchase, and a refinance with Chris and have always been pleased with the process, particularly the new electronic processes that make the paperwork easier. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for an initial home loan or refinance.

I've worked with Chris and his team twice--first on a rate and term refinance at our home in Naperville and second on the loan I used to purchase our condo in Chicago.
