Eric was great to work with on my house refinance. Rates were at an all time low and while I knew it was a great time to refinance, I was dreading the entire process. However, Eric was great to work with as he simplified everything and guided me from start to finish.

This isn't our first home purchase rodeo. In fact, this is our fourth time. We kind of expected to go with our regular bank, but our realtor suggested Michael b/c he had a really great reputation in ensuring that "if he guarantees it, then the loan will definitely go to closing", and in the current market we needed every bit of edge we could get.
