My refinance went on very smoothly and finished on time.Thanks to Tadeh he works with me very knowledgeable and always have answers to my questions and updates me all the time , always available if you need him. I would surely recommend him to my family and friends whoever needs to buy a new home or will refinance in the future . I would definitely work with him again in the future if I need to. Very professional and knowledgeable in what he does and reliable as well. Thanks for all your help.

We did a refinance with Richa and she gave us all the options that would suit us best. We got a fantastic rate and are really happy with that. That was for my personal residence, but I also reached out to her for a client of mine who was in the middle of their home purchase transaction with a different lender that went south and Richa took it over and closed successfully in two weeks and a with a better rate, they were very pleased.

Ashley was absolutely fantastic during our last home buying process. Not only did she get us an amazing rate, but she was amazingly responsive, quick to close and extremely nice and understanding to all our questions and requests throughout the whole process. I’ve already recommended her to 3 of my friends who were either buying houses or refinancing.

Tadeh was great to work with and the service was excellent; I closed on time with no issues. I found him through Zillow and I am glad that I did. He found me an agent who worked in the South Bay that helped me get exactly what i was looking for. Please give him a shot he will not disapoint.

Jenna was a pleasure to work with, always available to talk to for any questions we had and she made the process that much easier... We have worked with Sabrina with two transactions. The first was the purchase of a fabulous home in a wonderful neighborhood, and the second was when it was time to sell that home and purchase another. Sabrina was prompt, and always a step ahead with what was required throughout the process. When we had questions she provided detailed answers and never lost sight of what we wanted to accomplish. We cannot thank her enough.

The team was pretty easy to work with, and when I had questions they were able to answer them. Interest rates were lower than I expected them to be. Most documents were to be signed online so it saved some time on closing day.

Ryan was available virtually any hour of the day or night to answer all of my questions.
