Refinance auto loan The process to apply was painless. Yes, they required a lot of personal information that I was at first hesitant to give them (SSN), But after being reassured and checking them out further, online I decided that if they could come up with a lower interest rate, it was worth it. Quick process overall!. The application was simple and the approval was fast! The loan advisor was slow and didn't return phone calls very quickly but the loan processor was amazingly helpful and quick. So if you initial contact person isn't great don't give up! We got a great rate and are very happy with the refinance!
