Easy, fast and customized Over all process was easy, seamless and it is customized to individual situation. I have a peculiar situation with good income and credit score of >750 but because of my workvisa, most lenders would not approve my loan. Bradley Rawson, the loan officer atRate Genius, saw my profile and meticuously channeled my application to lenders that focus on customers like me. They know exactly what they needed to see and within 24 hours, I got confirmation.
