Great Rate bad communication For the most part these guys did great, got me the lowest rate they could even after they had me locked in. However, as it was my first time refinancing I would have thought they would have explained things a bit more rather than to have me do the communicating and following up on the process.

Good interest rate.. Interest rate got cut in half from original loan. Payments only dropped slightly.

Easy Refinance When I first saw this opportunity on Credit Karma I was skeptical that it would be approved. This refinance not only saved me about 9 point on my previous interest rate, I was also able to keep my payments at 60 months and still save money.
