Easy and Fast The whole thing was done in a couple of days. I just had to text a few things and the paperwork was overnighted to me. Once I sent everything back, it was a done deal before the week was out.

Car refinance loan I got a pretty good rate and the process was simple. Only issue was having to send documents twice, because the loan officer mistyped my VIN.
Applied through Credit Karma Rate Genius found the loan and acted as the Broker until the process was complete. They did a good job making the process simple.
Lowered my rate 3% saving me $125 month easy process- they seem very busy sometimes hard to contact my loan officer but overall happy with the process.
