After DR Horton signed a contract, canceled, raised the price, then signed another contract, canceled, then raise the price I was FINALLY able to close on a BEAUTIFUL Resale with Ray. WITH IN 2 WEEKS I was clear to close!!!! Beyond his ability to quickly close my conventional loan at a great rate, ME BEING 100% SELF-EMPLOYED, he made sure that I understood every step of the process along with all of the numbers.
