Ray was our blessing in disquise. We were originally just looking for information regarding buying a house. We had no down payment. After discussing with Ray, we were able to come up with a solution that allowed us to get the down payment and closing cost. Ray and is company are by far the best lending team I have worked with in over 10 years of being in the real estate business. I am a first time home owner and had little to no knowledge of home buying. Ray was extremely informative and made sure I understood every piece of information I was sent. He continuously provided me with honest advise and I truly believe he gave me the same advise and help he would his own kids.
