Ray was always available and ready to answer any questions throughout the loan process. He took the time to get to know us and help alleviate our fears and concerns with buying a home. The prequalification was thorough and gave us extra assurance that we would be in a good position to make an offer and get a loan. We ended up in a bidding situation and needed to close fast to be competitive. Ray was able to get us to closing in 20 days. Overall, we felt we were well taken care of and that our needs always came first.

Ray Waisler was great to work with. We actually started with another mortgage consultant and quickly realized when our situation got a little more complicated that we were with the wrong person who couldn't clearly explain what our options were and how to proceed. Ray was really helpful in getting me all of the information I needed to close. He gave me and estimated amount to close in the beginning and once every thing was done he was only off by a few dollars. My credit score was not where I wanted it to be but I feel I got a great rate.
