I have used them once for a full pipe replacement from main sewer to the house. Has a really good experience with the owner. So called them a second time when we saw some dampness in the ceiling. The plumber who came in quoted a very high price. It seemed predatory to me as he had not revealed that just because he had cut the drywall, the estimate will no longer be free. Was desperate for someone to fix underground water leak around my irrigation system (my water was shut off for 24 hours Thanksgiving week). I was referred to and was able to promptly make contact with Raymark. Courtney and Andrew were helpful and responsive. Was able to get a quote the next morning from Ty and a fix two hours later. Great company and service. They will be my "go to" plumbers. Was able to get a quote for some other plumbing work too. Thanks so much.

Sewer pipe main in basement finally corroded through and started leaking, ugh! Wasn't happy with previous plumbing experience with brand x plumbing. Went online and found Raymark plumbing. Local in Lake City, gave them a call, got a visit and complete repair that day. Good people, solid work and timely reasonable service and charge.

HUGE water bill and constantly running meter! Contractor recommended RAYMARK. Nikki was so patient - explaining the process and scheduling ASAP. And speaking of patience - Joe crawled from one end of the house to the other listening for water running. He finally found the leak outside! All this in less than 30 minutes. He is our plumber for life!

Had Another great experience with Raymark. Had used them previously for water heater and main line valve repair. This time needed a clogged drain line cleared. Setting up the same day appointment was easy. She was professional and a great communicator. Collin, the tech, arrived less than two hours after calling. They made quick work of our clogged drain. These guys were great, even when faced with unexpected circumstances. We were having a mains line fixed (failed short section of steel, right after meter replacement), when it was discovered that we also had a short section of plastic (about 10'), in addition to the short section of steel connected just a few feet from the meter (why in the world they ran copper -- steel -- short_plastic_section -- copper_rest_of_run_to_house_hookup is WAY beyond comprehension). Joe Gardner and his team at Raymark Plumbing are the best! My house had the brittle, prone-to-break C-PVC pipes, so I had to have the entire place re-piped. This is a wide-spread issue in my development, so I had already talked to a handful of neighbors who had already done this. I hired Raymark to replace/upgrade my existing water heater tank to a tankless water heater. Joe, Tristan, and John did a terrific job. Highly professional, clean installation, and quality was exceptional. Their pricing was also very fair, something I wouldn't be able to say about most other plumbers I contacted. I would highly recommend hiring Raymark, and they will be my go-to plumber moving forward.
