I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Red McCombs Ford. When I purchased my Ford F-250, I was promised that the windshield would be replaced and the damaged leather interior would be repaired. Despite multiple follow-ups over the course of a month, neither issue was addressed. Shortly after, a month to be exact the fuel pump failed, sending metal shavings throughout the fuel system.
