Disrespectful and rude salesmen. Joe Caruso, thank you for saving me a trip........you are a shining example of why people are more and more likely to buy online rather from brick and mortar. You don't have the only one or best one in Texas.

First time, and last time I will ever buy from this dealership came in to make a purchase on a pre owned vehicle that was allegedly inspected prior to me departing in it on my purchase date made the purchase. Did the paperwork drove off only to be pulled over and given a citation by SAPD, because a tail light was out on the jeep gladiator that I purchased on top of the tail light being out all four tire. Simply awful! Would not recommend nor do business with Red McCombs ever again. Was purchasing two F350 loaded out trucks, cash deal. Was told I had to fill out credit app just to hold the trucks, but my credit would not be run. Guess what! That was a lie! They ran my credit. That was the first issue. Tried to get 3M and a spray in liner on the first truck and that it would be completed by the time we got there at noon on the day we agreed to pick up the first truck. Do NOT use the IH10 location for service. Your car will not be the same after. Have had a damaged rim on the first occasion and now chipped/scratched paint due to dropping something on my front bumper and gouging the paint. Greasy hand prints around the car as well. Unbelievable!!!!!! Should have learned my lesson after the first failure (damaged rim). A custom built from the factory Mustang in pristine condition should come out pristine not damaged!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever. Horrible customer service. Ruined my credit paying my loan off. Any time I went in to get a vehicle there they’d try to upsell me or straight lie about the vehicles availability. Refused to do anything with any vehicle under 10k even tho I had the money to buy out right. Screwed me on a warranty that was so costly it should’ve been for a bmw or Mercedes and not a ford. Disappointed with some of the responses and actions: 1. Went in Wednesday to see a car I saw online during my lunch (car had no gas for test drive and I couldn’t wait). Went back that evening they filled with gas and I test drove it. 2. Called the salesman the next day, Thursday to ask what the payment amount would be if I decided to finance and was told that he couldn’t provide as he didn’t want to be committed to the payment amount (granted I later saw the car on universal Toyota with a payment calculator). I took my car in to get routine maintenance done, including replacing my serpentine belt. Within 200 miles, the belt failed and almost caused a major problem with my battery and alternator, forcing me to have to take the car into another ford location to fix the issue at significant cost. Sales staff and customer service is excellent though.

My husband & I purchased a 2020 f-350 platinum truck with 35k miles for $70,000 on June 9,2024. Fairly new vehicle. Things seemed fine, but a month later the truck started throwing codes.
