After purchasing my brand new 2020 F-150 from Red McCombs, I noticed issues with both key fobs locking and unlocking the vehicle. I didn’t have time to bring the vehicle back since I was stationed in Washington as active duty military. Once I was back in San Antonio, I took the truck in to have it looked at and it was still under warranty thankfully. Terrible experience with the service department. 3 weeks without a rental or loaner. Communication wasn’t very good. I was in to repair my sunroof and was left outside in the rain. When I called to check to see if it was inside or out in the rain I was told it’s not that bad it will be fine. I finally get the truck back they delivered it to my job well nope the delivered it to my house so I was still stuck with out it. The interior is filthy from it bing in the rain and the sunroof open. Ruben Rodriguez lacks communication skills period. Picked up my car again at the service because it was diagnosed wrong the first time , this time it’s something different I gave them $1400 the first time for diagnosis and to fix it. This time around it was something else that cost $1600 which will cost about $200 anywhere else so I declined the service and wanted to get my car back. Today is Wednesday and they’ve had my car since last Wednesday. No loaner or rental and obviously no rush either on fixing one part for my not yet 2 yr old car! Very frustrated! Was told it’d be ready today and still waiting!!!!! 😤🤯

I was charged $350 to diagnose a check engine code P0300 and a PCM update. The industry standard for a PCM update is $70 and a basic diagnostic is $150. The service invoice was generic and did not itemize any of the cost. I asked the advisor named Ruben and he claimed the tech charged two hours for the daignostic at $180 per flag rate hour. It’s definitely not the service management team. These guys are stars. However, whoever ordered the parts, and the actual mechanics that possibly might order the parts have a lot to be desired. My back up camera went out in around June of last year I brought my vehicle in in July of last year. we are now coming up on month nine. I did bring my vehicle in about three days ago which will be around February 28 or March 1 of 2023. This was just to find out that the wrong part had been ordered, wrong camera, wrong harnessed. the schedulers do not check to see If the parts or repairs are available before setting your appointment. twice I've showed up and had to leave after dropping my vehicle off for the day because they didn't even have the part available. I even had to pay out of pocket for a higher priced tire on top of the warranty I already had because they didn't have the covered tire available. expect to be here for several hours. I got a tire changed and it took 3 hours. nothing else but a tire change. I just cannot understand why they sc... read more

I brought my truck F 150 to the dealership on1/2/23 got it out 1/28/23, My service advisor was emailing the wrong email address not calling giving any updates until I call first. Went right back on 1/30/23 still there.. went for oil leak.Said it needed a new valve cover gasket . Roughly $1500 wouldn’t mind if it was done right.
