We bought a new 2021 Ford Expediton Limited Max from Red McCombs. This year it has been in their shop for more than 2 months. Yes 2 MONTHS. I get that cars go wrong, but we have struggled to get a rental replacement and we cant get McCombs to pay for it. GO ELSEWHERE.
How could I trust a dealership who tries to offer me 24,000 on a car that I just got offered 30,000 for by Carmax after they inspected it! Take down your sign that says "We pay more for used cars". Lost all trust in your company. If this isn't your store across from Carmax, please pass it forward.

Experience with the service department was terrible. The service advisor was not competent enough (in my opinion) to handle my repair claim and failed miserably at providing a positive experience. What’s worse is my family’s safety was put at risk by failing to properly secure 3 wheels after rotating my tires. I gave them opportunity to rectify the situation and was assured my vehicle was safe. I thought we were good. Had a horrible experience with the finance manager. (Last name Dominguez) When I declined an additional coverage he said “that doesn’t make sense” in a very condescending manner. I almost walked out. Will never do business with this dealership again.

After purchasing my brand new 2020 F-150 from Red McCombs, I noticed issues with both key fobs locking and unlocking the vehicle. I didn’t have time to bring the vehicle back since I was stationed in Washington as active duty military. Once I was back in San Antonio, I took the truck in to have it looked at and it was still under warranty thankfully. Terrible experience with the service department. 3 weeks without a rental or loaner. Communication wasn’t very good. I was in to repair my sunroof and was left outside in the rain. When I called to check to see if it was inside or out in the rain I was told it’s not that bad it will be fine. Ruben Rodriguez lacks communication skills period. Picked up my car again at the service because it was diagnosed wrong the first time , this time it’s something different I gave them $1400 the first time for diagnosis and to fix it.
