Today is Wednesday and they’ve had my car since last Wednesday. No loaner or rental and obviously no rush either on fixing one part for my not yet 2 yr old car! Very frustrated! Was told it’d be ready today and still waiting!!!!! 😤🤯
I was charged $350 to diagnose a check engine code P0300 and a PCM update. The industry standard for a PCM update is $70 and a basic diagnostic is $150. The service invoice was generic and did not itemize any of the cost. I asked the advisor named Ruben and he claimed the tech charged two hours for the daignostic at $180 per flag rate hour. It’s definitely not the service management team. These guys are stars. However, whoever ordered the parts, and the actual mechanics that possibly might order the parts have a lot to be desired. My back up camera went out in around June of last year I brought my vehicle in in July of last year. we are now coming up on month nine. I did bring my vehicle in about three days ago which will be around February 28 or March 1 of 2023. This was just to find out that the wrong part had been ordered, wrong camera, wrong harnessed. the schedulers do not check to see If the parts or repairs are available before setting your appointment. twice I've showed up and had to leave after dropping my vehicle off for the day because they didn't even have the part available. I even had to pay out of pocket for a higher priced tire on top of the warranty I already had because they didn't have the covered tire available. expect to be here for several hours. I brought my truck F 150 to the dealership on1/2/23 got it out 1/28/23, My service advisor was emailing the wrong email address not calling giving any updates until I call first. Went right back on 1/30/23 still there.. went for oil leak.Said it needed a new valve cover gasket . Roughly $1500 wouldn’t mind if it was done right. I recommend the vehicle because there outstanding but i do not recommend the customer service that comes out from the advicers because they do not treat you well when it come to talking to make you fell welcome they are so rude and is bad that red mccombs sells outstanding vehicle but the customer service is not there best i have deal with this for the whole year and it has being the same experience where i feel not welcome when coming for service

Bait and switch tactics...beware. I pre-ordered a Mustang Mach-E in August for $56K and days before delivery 4 months later, they raised the price to $65K...$9000 more!
