RecommendedRed Rhino was Recommended by our Pool Service to detect a leak. I did an online chat, received a call back, found the leak Tuesday and repaired on Thursday. Very knowledgeable, friendly and excellent workmanship. Explained the process and products used and provided Before and after photos. I took 12 hours start to clean up. Well worth the cost. Highly recommend.
They were very professional and kept appointments when promised. Explained my problems with pictures they took, so I could understand what was needed to fix. Would recommend them.
This is the most professional company I’ve ever worked with. We had six major, complicated leaks in our pool. They sent a crew to find all the leads and gave us a very fare quote. Five of the leaks were fixed as expected. The remaining leak ended up to be much deeper than originally thought. They spent an extra three days fixing it and did not charge me extra. We have had a leak in our pool for nearly a month. We had a company schedule time to diagnose it a couple of times - they were a no call and no show. I contacted Red Rhino and they were out at the scheduled time and diagnosed the problem in no time. Josh is Branch Manager (I believe) and Sam is the tech who came out to diagnose. Very impressed with the customer service of this company from the first phone call to the repairs being performed. Communicated with text, email, phone calls when needed. Sent photos of the leak to show what they found. Sent photos of the work as it was being performed and when everything was done in what was the most professional transaction I have ever had when dealing with a repair company.
