RecommendedDo not go anywhere else. Red Star was the fourth trainer we engaged for help with a tricky dog and there is no comparison. Red Star are experts and have years of experience based on an understanding of a dogs behavior and customize the training and stand by the results. I cannot say enough good things!
We are more than satisfied with the training and care at Red Star Kennel! Our 10 months old German Shepherd boy was often out of control, pulling on leash when walking, seeing other dogs plus he showed tendencies of wanting to "take over". After reaching out to Red Star on Facebook I received a call back from Mark. I found out that they are not accepting any dogs till spring. Instead of the conversation ending there he asked me some questions and gave me some guidance that I think will hopefully correct the problem we are having with our 16 week old puppy. I can not say enough about the devoted staff. Irina truly cares about the well being of dogs and gave my boy Cheese exactly the care and lessons he needed. It has been a complete transformation! I feel so blessed to have found Red Star and am indebted to them for giving me the tools so that our dog can live a happy life and be a good boy. Thank you from the bottom of our heart!!
Fenrir was more than a handful, more like 2 arms FULL!! So far so good!! He is happier and so are we!!😁😁
Red Star did an outstanding job with our 8 month old lab named Oakley. She did the month boot camp. She is a lot calmer and enjoys working the obedience and Carry’s her leash around all the time! She is still a puppy, but people that come over have made comments about how she is a totally different dog. I did a lot of research before I decided on Red Star and was not disappointed! Mark was great. Answered our questions we were and still are a little scare of the collar but he assured us it would be okay. Charlie is doing great working on what he learned thank you irena and mark for everything
Red Star Kennel is AMAZING. Mark did a wonderful job with our silver lab Goose at bootcamp for a month. I can not say enough good things about their training! We will be using them again for any future training needs. Thank you!
We have had our 10 month GSD Hugo home for a month now and wanted to write a review thanking Red Star for their results with our boy! Hugo was and still is a happy and wonderful dog that is social and exuberant - albeit, too spoiled and was beginning to run our house! He jumped on people and pulled non stop while walking on a leash and was a “ teenager” that didn’t listen well- I was worried that after a month either he would lose some of his wonderful personality or he would not respond well for us - neither happened!
