Everything one was great. I had a wonderful experience
I looked for a dental office that not only accepts my insurance bust had a staff that I felt comfortable with. I found both with Redwood Dental. Dr. Esho is an excellent dentist , and both caring and gentle. Tracy and Stacy are 2 of my favorite dental assistants that I've delt with in my 67 years. The rest of the staff, front desk and back are so polite and professional, they make you feel welcome.
I wrote a review not to long ago about my experience here. I stand by my last review regarding dr. Patel. I received a letter in the mail stating the contents of the procedure for a crown. This is something that would have been better utilized if explained to me throughout my actual procedure. The letter actually felt very passive aggressive, and it doesn't change the way I feel about my experience. I have been going to this dentist since I was a little kid. I have always had great experiences and loved the staff. Dr. Schmidt is amazing and extremely gentle. I recently saw a different dentist for hectic scheduling reasons in my own life. I saw Dr. Patel. I did not like the services I received from her. She did not know how to handle a patient with severe anxiety and did not have good bed side manners whatsoever.
