I have been bringing my 2006 Nissan Frontier Nismo to Regal Nissan for service for approximately 3 years. I currently have 130,000 miles on my truck. JP was very friendly and made the car buying experience pleasant. He worked very patiently to help my son find the right car in his price range. We never felt any pressure and believed that it would have been ok to walk away at any time. My son is extremely happy with his purchase.
I recently purchased a used Infiniti form Regal Nissan. The sales staff were as laid back and comforting as I could have possibly imagined. I generally hate the thought of car shopping, but I felt well taken care of at Regal. They offered more than other dealers on my trade and worked with me on the price of my car. I felt like family. I would recommend Regal to anybody.
We LOVE our Leaf! During our visit to by the car, Rory provided excellent service and patience as my wife didnt want it at all, but I got it anyway after much convincing by Rory and patience on his part dealing with her. My mother goes to my salesman's parents salon and I was in the market for a car and my mom mentioned Ryan and boy was I glad she did! Great young man with a bright future! Ryan did a great job showing me around a new Nissan Titan Pro 4x. His knowledge of the car was very helpful in contemplating which car would best fit my needs. He was very respectful when I told him I wanted to have some time to think about the deal and did not hassle me with phone calls when I didn't come in for a few days.
Ryan was really helpful when deciding what car to buy. I was in a crunch against time and he made it really simple to purchase the car. He also helped me learn to drive stick on the test drive.
this dealership has wonderful customer service and friendly staff. The salesman that sold me my car was very helpful in all aspects. He was even willing to help me switch over my 2 carseats into my new car. The deal was done in a timely fashion with little haggling. They were able to get me on my way quickly.
recently came to regal Nissan, I met with rory looking for a new car for my wife, he was very acknowledgeable on the product, great customer service, least expired on 2011 Altima on ten months, well be buying a car from Rory !!!
