Recently took my 2002 Nissan Pathfinder in for service and was so impressed with the every step of the process - little to no wait, friendly maintenance coordinator, superior technical expertise in all aspects of vehicle maintenance by the mechanic, comfortable wait room and thorough review of every issue my older model Nissan was experiencing. Everything about this experience was perfect. I called the dealer (Jeff Johnston), received a quote, accepted it over the phone, and was told my car would be ready later that afternoon. It was. The lease experience was smooth and painless, and my first bill was exactly what he said it would be. Most impressively, their offer was 25% lower than the next-lowest offer I found in the Atlanta area. I can't recommend them highly enough.
This dealership has shown me the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a new vehicle. From the time I walked in the door I got treated with respect and dignity. I never got talked down to or felt pushed. MJ, my sales person spent a lot of time working with me directly to make sure this was the vehicle I wanted and never asked why. Which is not usually the way I would describe purchasing a vehicle. Chandler was very inviting and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The process was seamless and only took about 2.5 hours from the time I arrived. I found the car I was interested in online. Called in to ensure it was still available. Service Team at Regal Nissan is terrific , we have bought a Murano , Nissan Frontier and Titan from Regal in past 8 years. Quality , Expertise, and affordable costs keep us coming back for service. Marshall Hadley, Robbie, and Alan Rodriquez are always personable professional and detailed in service to be provide and costs. Service Mechanics do a terrific job. Car wash and vacuum add to the experience. Recommend highly.
I've been to a lot of Georgia Nissan dealerships. Regal is the best of the lot by a wide margin. I've been using them for service on my Maxima for the last 30K miles. I've worked primarily with Paul and Nate, and they've both doggedly resolved issues that other dealerships have returned with "unable to duplicate." I appreciate the effort and would not take my car anywhere else for service.
Our family currently has four Nissans which we have serviced regularly at Regal, including recommended maintenance and detailing; fortunately, we have only had to use their body shop on rare occasions. We are always greeted by name upon arrival and made to feel very special by Marshall Hadley, who has done all of our service work in the last 8-10 years now. I had a fantastic car buying experience at Regal Nissan thanks to Good News Willie! He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in and provided great customer service throughout the process. He is far from the regular pushy sales personnel at car dealerships and made my experience very pleasant.
I am pleased to write this review as purchasing a car is a normallyl like getting poked in the eye. Imagine my surprise when I experienced not only tremendous support from my salesman Ross Dukatz .But an enjoyable,relaxed experience.Everyone at this dealership provides information and customer service from the time you enter the show room until you leave .This dealership should be the poster child for how to make raving fans of their clients.
