I have always received fair prices on the cars I purchased at Regal Nissan. However, it is the service department that ensures I return to Regal and it is the service department that lets me comfortable recommend Regal to friends and family. I have been a long time customer of Regal Nissan, buying my first nissan about 10 years ago and even today seeing the same faces when I go in for service and assistance. I find car buying to be an extreme hassle! That was not the case at Regal Nissan. I was assisted by Matt Johnson and was shown numerous cars without being pushed in any direction! Matt was very courteous and allowed me to look at different models and gave me great info without being pushy and overbearing! I will be coming to Matt at Regal for my next car and recommending all my friends to do the same!
My family and I have been Regal customers for 20 years. The sales team has always worked hard to make the deal happen and their Service Dept. is consistently top notch ! There is never any drama and no back and forth number swapping when you go to select a vehicle. You pick the car, tell them what you can do, and they figure out how to get you in the vehicle. We had visited the dealership several times to look at Pathfinders. My wife had her heart set on a certain color and style and we almost bought a 2011 year end model, the price was great(better than we had ever seen on a Pathfinder) but we could not fit it into our budget at the time. We heard that the body style would change with the 2013 models so we went back again and found a 2012 Pathfinder with only 12,000 miles in the right color and began the process of negotiating a price. Regal Nissan has a great staff of salesman and used cars. The salesman are all very professional and knowledgable about the vehicles. Matt Johnson was especially friendly and low pressure. He was very patient as we test drove several cars until he got me until a great Altima at a great price!
My husband and I had the pleasure of buying another car from Regal Nissan. It was the first vehicle we bought from Rory, however he was by far the best salesman we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have a 2003 Nissan Frontier. I bought it new from Regal.I am very particular about my little truck - only use Regal Nissan's service center. My favorite advisor is Marshall Hadley - I've used him pretty much since day one. I have never had a bad experience with him - trust him to tell me what needs to be done.
